Refunds: As all of my products are digital, I do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. Please ensure that you read the product description and system requirements carefully before making your purchase to avoid any issues, or just drop me a note with any questions at sarah@mckenzieherd.com.

Returns: As my products are all digital, I do not accept returns. If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your download, please contact me for assistance by emailing sarah@mckenzieherd.com.
